It is always a joy to work with a collaborative agent on the other side of the table that wants to do best by our clients. Thrilled to close a transaction with Matt recently and my buyers are excited for their new home!

From the moment we found a home to buy and started the process of selling our current home, Matt was responsive, efficient, and managed our quick turnaround with professionalism, a sense of humor, and timely expert service. We needed to list our house in a very short timeframe, and Matt walked us through every step of the way as he and his team quickly helped prepare and stage our house and answered our many questions. We ended up selling above asking price, and we could not be more thrilled with the outcome. From getting our home ready to sell, to getting us into our new home, Matt remained flexible, friendly, and knowledgeable, putting us at ease with the real estate process. We are so happy with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend Matt to our friends and family.

Summary: If I could give Matt and his team 6 stars I would! To set the scene, we currently reside overseas but are moving to the Seattle area. Matt was randomly assigned by zillow to show us a listing that we thought might interest us. Well that listing was definitely not it, however what we gained in the luck of getting paired with Matt was a huge win. We knew very little about the area and had only a short period of time to look at homes. To start with, he is dedicated to his craft and his clients without equal. He is an incredibly honest person, we jokingly decided that his slogan could be "this is why you shouldn't buy this house", maybe not the best for catching clients, but it is reflective of the fact that he had our best interests truly in mind throughout the process. We did eventually find our dream house, of course on our last day in the area. We decided to purchase the home, and promptly left to be in a time zone 17 hours away, leaving Matt to handle everything. This could have been a nightmare, it was not, thanks to his diligence and advocacy on our behalf. When there were items that we were concerned with, or even things that we did not see as huge issues, Matt was always there to ensure that we were being taken care of. His ability to network in financing, escrow, closing and all other aspects of home buying was critical to our smooth purchase, which I will state again, could have been a nightmare. He assembled a team that figured out modern solutions to problems that are presented by remote closing etc which again made our purchase as low-stress as could be imagined. If you are looking for someone who not only has the skills and expertise, but also, and more importantly cares about doing the right thing and advocating for his clients, Matt is the agent that you are looking for without question.
